Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Zhima Jewellery strives to provide a seamless delightful shopping experience for our valued customers. We offer product exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit and address any issues with defective items. The following policy is crucial for understanding your rights and responsibilities as a customer, including our refund procedures. Please read it thoroughly before making a purchase.

 

EXCHANGE​

  • We offer EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR WRONG ITEMS ONLY within 5-7 days of receiving your order. This enhanced window allows for a more relaxed and convenient exchange process.

  • To initiate an exchange, you can email us at zhimajewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7005874453.​

 

Exchanged items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unaltered.

  • Returned with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

 

It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved , the same will be picked in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse. THE EXCHANGE SHIPPING CHARGES ARE TAKEN BY THE CUSTOMER.

 

Exchanges that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. No refunds will be issued in such cases.  Exchange can be availed only once per order.

WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM​

 If you’ve received a wrong/defective item. You need to email us at zhimajewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp us as at +91 7005874453.. Send pictures (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged) of the products received along with packaging. 

 

RETURNS ​

Unfortunately, at this time we only accept returns only for wrong/defective items.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, at this time we only offer refunds for OUT OF STOCK, WRONG, or DEFECTIVE items.

 

CANCELLATION 

Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
